Troubleshooting
Bot says "Chat not found" or gives an error
Make sure you sent /start first. The bot only recognises chat IDs after you initiate contact.
I'm not receiving any alerts
On the free tier, you get up to 5 lead alerts per day. Run /test in Telegram to trigger a manual scan and confirm the connection is live.
Alerts work in Telegram but not on the dashboard
Make sure the Chat ID in the header matches your Telegram number. You can paste both IDs (e.g. 123456, web:uid) in the ID field to merge data.
What's the difference between Telegram and the dashboard?
Telegram delivers push alerts to your phone the moment leads are found. The dashboard gives you a visual history, filtering, AI summaries, and analytics. They work best together.
